Kulinarischer Bazar
On this day, our members brought some home-cooked traditional dishes of Turkish cuisine. This included mercimek köfte, kemal pasa and kisir. It was a nice evening with the atmosphere of a home party, where we also welcomed newcomers. Various card games were also played, including UNO and poker and Tarkan´s songs lighten the mood. Finally, it came time for the Turkish engagement tradition. Coffee was prepared for each participant, but one cup had a little surprise. According to the Turkish tradition, the fiancé receives a coffee full of salt and should drink it casually without anyone noticing. We are proud to say that our president was really successful in this.
